Two sauna rounds and a river

A round lasts as long as it stays pleasant — usually eight to twelve minutes. Then out into the air, and for longer than you'd think: cooling down takes roughly as long as you spent inside.

Drink between rounds, not after them. And don't go straight from dinner into the heat — an hour's gap is the difference between pleasant and heavy.

Two rounds are almost always enough. By the third you're usually just sitting there on principle. The evening after belongs to the terrace — and across the water there's nothing but meadow.
