The essentials before you arrive, for every ALPAMI house.
- What do I get from booking directly with you?
- At most of our places you can check in from 2 pm and stay until noon. If your house has different times, such as 3 pm and 11 am, you will know before you book. No platform in between: your booking and your requests come straight to us, and a person answers your questions.
- How does check-in work?
- It varies from house to house. In most of them you check in yourself, with a code, a key card or a key box, and you receive the access details before you arrive. The exact times are on each house page under “Good to know”.
- Can I bring my dog?
- In most of our houses, yes, in some for a fee. Whether and how is listed on each house page under amenities. Unfortunately pets are not allowed at Black Forest deluxe. Just let us know when you book.
- How can I reach you?
- By phone, WhatsApp or email. The numbers are on each house page right below the booking box. Someone from the team answers, not a chatbot.
- Is there parking?
- At most houses you park right by the house, often for free. In Munich we recommend the car park at Mariahilfplatz, about ten minutes on foot. The details are on each house page under getting there.
- Can I cancel free of charge?
- That depends on the rate you book. You'll see the cancellation terms when booking and in your confirmation, and those terms are what applies.
- Are your houses accessible?
- ALPAMI Welschland has an accessible house with a step-free bathroom. Black Forest deluxe is not step-free. Write to us before booking and we'll tell you honestly whether it works for you.
