What do I get from booking directly with you?

At most of our places you can check in from 2 pm and stay until noon. If your house has different times, such as 3 pm and 11 am, you will know before you book. No platform in between: your booking and your requests come straight to us, and a person answers your questions.

How does check-in work?

It varies from house to house. In most of them you check in yourself, with a code, a key card or a key box, and you receive the access details before you arrive. The exact times are on each house page under “Good to know”.

Can I bring my dog?

In most of our houses, yes, in some for a fee. Whether and how is listed on each house page under amenities. Unfortunately pets are not allowed at Black Forest deluxe. Just let us know when you book.

How can I reach you?

By phone, WhatsApp or email. The numbers are on each house page right below the booking box. Someone from the team answers, not a chatbot.
