It's super easy to reach us by public transport. Just hop off at Fraunhoferstraße — that's the stop for:

U1 & U2 Underground or Tram 18

From there, you're literally 2–3 minutes on foot. 

Use Exit C when coming from the U-Bahn.

No shuttle needed — public transport has you covered, and it's a pretty smooth ride.

• 1. Follow signs to the S-Bahn at the airport.
• 2. Take the S1 or S8 towards the city / Hauptbahnhof.
• 3. Get off at München Hauptbahnhof.
• 4. Switch to the U-Bahn and take the U1 (direction Mangfallplatz) or U2 (direction Messestadt Ost).
• 5. Ride 4 stops to Fraunhoferstraße.
• 6. Exit via Exit C — you'll be at our door in 2–3 min.

Total travel time: about 45–55 minutes. Not bad for a cross-city trip!

Arrived at Munich Hauptbahnhof? Nice. Two easy options to reach us:

Option A — U-Bahn ~8 min

• 1. Head down to the U-Bahn platforms.
• 2. Take the U1 (Mangfallplatz) or U2 (Messestadt Ost).
• 3. 4 stops to Fraunhoferstraße, use Exit C.
• 4. 2–3 min walk to Fraunhoferstraße 32 — done!

Option B — Tram ~15 min

• 1. Exit towards Hauptbahnhof Nord and find the tram stop.
• 2. Take Tram 18 direction Schwanseestraße.
• 3. Get off at Fraunhoferstraße, then 2–3 min on foot.

Totally possible! Just know that parking directly on the street can be tricky around here — it's a lively neighbourhood.

• 1. Approach via A9, A95 or A96 and follow the Mittlerer Ring towards Munich city centre.
• 2. Exit towards Isarvorstadt / Zentrum and follow signs for the city.
• 3. Plug Fraunhoferstraße 32, 80469 München into your nav — easy.

Parking tip: We have spots available in the adjacent garage for €30/day. Spaces are limited though, so hit us up in advance to reserve one. Note: reserved spots can't be cancelled, so make sure you'll need it before booking!

Everything in the city centre is easily reachable by foot, bike or U-Bahn. No rental car needed.

• Marienplatz & Neues Rathaus: The beating heart of Munich. Historic, buzzing and always something happening. Catch the Glockenspiel at 11am & 12pm (also 5pm in summer) — touristy, but honestly worth it.
• Alter Peter: 300 steps, burning legs — but the view is unreal. Best panorama of the old town, and on a clear day you can even see the Alps.
• Viktualienmarkt: Bavarian street food at its finest. Great for lunch, a quick snack or a cold beer. As authentic as it gets.
• Eisbachwelle: Surfing in the middle of the city — yes, really. Even just watching is a vibe. If you're brave: bring a board.
• Englischer Garten: One of the world's largest city parks. Walk, picnic, grab a beer at the Biergarten or just do nothing. Pure Munich energy.
• Bayerische Staatsoper: World-class opera, ballet and concerts — and you can often grab last-minute tickets even spontaneously. A great evening option.

1. A few days before arrival you'll get an email with your digital check-in link.
2. Fill in your details, upload your ID and confirm your booking — takes about 2 minutes.
3. On arrival day you'll receive your digital room key and all the info you need — straight to your phone.
4. Walk in, go straight to your room. No queuing at a front desk.

Got questions or something feels off? Our team is always reachable via the chat in the app or by phone.

Yes — fast, free WiFi throughout the hotel. You'll find the network name and password in your digital check-in confirmation, so you're connected before you even walk through the door.

We love a good four-legged guest. Pets are welcome — please let us know in advance when booking so we can prepare your room accordingly. A small pet fee may apply.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is handled digitally as part of the check-in process — smooth and hassle-free.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
